Frequently Asked Questions
1) Power off the controller. Record the time
IF the controller is immediately in offline, no led light flashing, then confirm the battery need to change.
2) IF the controller is still running after the power is switched OFF, after 1 min, all alert numbers should receive sms.
3) Monitor the live data that being uploaded to our server http://tg.fcbios.com.my. or http://ultimate2.fcbios.com.my (For Ultimate 2 user) By right, the controller will keep upload live data every 1 hr interval. So from here you can estimate how long the battery can last.
NOTE:-
New battery/good battery can supply power backup to controller for at least 4 hr and above. IF less than that or the backup battery unusable, we advise you to change the battery backup.
No data upload or sms not receive or sms delay may be caused by telco network is unreachable or poor at the location at that particular time.
