'No Data' alert is categorized as alarm system alert to indicate that the cloud server is not received data from particular station/controller id at particular time when the internal cloud server is checking.
This no data can be caused by:-
1) Router suddenly fails to establish internet connection due to signal,
2) Router or receiver is hang or sudden irresponsive as the controller box system is running 24/7 hrs. non stop
3) Telco sim do maintenance and require the router to be rebooted to reconnect to network.
4) Controller box unexpected been switched OFF or down due to long power trip.
The cloud server will auto check regularly (hourly) if not receive any data from any active controller system. No Data email will be sent by the system to one of your registered emails. IF you keep receive 'no data' email alert in a row, it indicate your system is having issue and you may need to check your controller box and try to do initial troubleshooting by rebooting the controller box manually.

Note:-
1) Router has been configured to auto check internet every hr. And if detect no internet then it will auto reboot.
2) Receiver and router need to off and on manually to refresh in case if it has problem, irresponsive and etc.And this lead to reboot the controller as per http://helpdesk.fcbios.com.my/kb/faq.php?id=21
